Guess Who's Back...

...back again (there was an Eminem reference there somewhere).

Long time no see.

The past few months have been a whirlwind for me and I've done a lot of growing up. I was taught many valuable lessons but mostly that life is incredible and that we have to make the most of what we've got. Any of my friends or family members could tell you that I'm am 110% a perfectionist. I'm prone to overthinking and have a tendency to be a pessimist.

Since the last time we spoke, I have changed my outlook on life a bit and have come to the conclusion that I don't want to spend what could be my last day overthinking and not having a great time. I want to do what I love, be with who I love, and live in the moment, not in the past.

I'm a SENIOR now. It's crazy, even for me. My last few months of Junior year were filled with AP tests, finals, and planning. As any teen who survived their third year of high school would tell you, Junior year was tough but after a stressful year is seems like things have finally fallen into place. But, something has been missing, and that thing has been Freshmen Fashion, so I decided to overhaul my blog and get back at it.

I've grown up. Freshmen Fashion has grown up. I'm ready to document the next chapter of my life. 

Here's what I've been up to most recently.

I went prom dress shopping.

I went to Mike's Pastry & it was awesome per usual.

I went to Chipotle. Multiple Times. No shame.

I drank SO much coffee and proclaimed my love for it via t-shirt.

I went to Greece (and almost took this kitty home with me).

I became President of my school's Student Council. This is me fighting back happy tears to give the world's most awkward acceptance speech. But really, this was a a huge dream come true.

I went to a really cool exhibit near where I live. This Buddha statue has traveled the world to promote peace.

I found this AWESOME graffiti and kicked off my summer with my friends at the beach.
